ELV Denim is committed to zero-waste fashion and we want you to love your circular denim pieces; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all sustainable tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed efficiently.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
